# Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

## 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

## How to Start a Return
Email us at support@bloomactive.com with:
1. Your order number
2. The item(s) you wish to return
3. The reason for your return

We'll respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

## Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

## Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Items without original packaging

## Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
